About the Course

You must have seen an artist making beautiful paintings on canvas and after seeing them you must have thought that if only you could also make beautiful paintings like them. If you have never painted on canvas, then believe us that you will learn to paint beautiful paintings on canvas very easily in this three-month certificate course in oil painting.

If we observe closely, oil painting has been the favorite medium of artists since the very beginning. Compared to other art mediums, oil paint remains wet for a long time which allows artists to work comfortably and create realistic artwork.

At the beginning of this course, students will be introduced to the basics of drawing along with the materials and techniques of oil painting. This course is a starting point for students’ oil painting journey and helps them choose the right palette, understand techniques and supplies and get inspired by oil painting ideas.

By the end of this course, students will be self-sufficient in creating works such as landscapes, portraits, figurative or devotional paintings. Students will be able to create these works on canvas, canvas board or paper with ease.
